About Us

Influenced by Lucy & Delilah (our rescued Catahoula Leopard Dogs), UltraRunning and just being outdoors, Trails & Tails creates products and shares news designed for dogs and their outdoor enthusiast humans. Trails & Tails started as I began to train for a race. I spent a lot of that training time running with my dog Lucy, and I needed a good leash. I had a difficult time finding one, so I designed my own and Trails & Tails, and the Hands-Free Leash were born.

Proceeds from all sales go toward helping rescues, shelter dogs, and environmental charities as well as those that support protecting parks and green space for future generations. We are currently partnered with One Tree Planted to help with reforestation and we are seeking additional charity partners, email us for more information. We also use our brand to bring awareness to important causes and opportunities to take action on issues that affect animals, the environment and our communities.
